Job Description

Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring Trainee Business Officers to expand its market presence in the Cattle Feed / Agriculture industry. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers and young professionals who are passionate about agri-business, sales, and rural development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop potential markets for Cattle Feed and expand the distribution network.
• Track purchase and sales channel partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Build customer awareness about cattle feed benefits and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyze competitors’ activities to improve brand positioning and increase market value.
• Appointment and development of distributor channels.
• Achieve sales targets and business goals in the assigned territory.
• Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
• Service the needs of existing customers while identifying new opportunities.
• Drive sales through innovative strategies and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis for better decision-making.

Qualifications

• MBA (Sales/Marketing) or B.Sc. (Agriculture) preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply
