Job Description

Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and visionary National Head – Sales (Pan India) to lead our nationwide sales operations for the brand (Cattle Feed). The role demands strong leadership, sales forecasting, distributor channel expansion, and team building to ensure brand dominance in the Indian market.

As the National Sales Head, you will drive strategy, manage 350–400 sales professionals (RBM/ABM/BO), and spearhead market growth initiatives across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and launch the Cattle Feed brand in targeted markets.
  • Build and expand distribution networks and develop strong channel partnerships.
  • Monitor purchase and sales activities of distributors and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to strengthen market position.
  • Develop Pan India sales forecasts and set achievable revenue targets.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of 350–400 sales professionals (RBM/ABM/BO).
  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies & promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales gaps, initiate corrective measures, and ensure consistent growth.
  • Enhance overall brand value and company image in the marketplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven 20+ years of sales leadership experience in cattle feed, veterinary pharma, or agri-inputs (seeds/pesticides).
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with nationwide exposure.
  • Excellent people management abilities with large teams (300+ members).
  • Ability to drive distributor/channel development and achieve revenue growth.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-driven approach.
Job Details
  • Location: Sirhind, Punjab (Role covers Pan India).
  • Reporting to: Top Management.
  • Salary Range: ₹24 – 36 LPA.
  • Team Size: 350–400 members (RBM/ABM/BO).
  • Industry Focus: Cattle Feed, Veterinary Pharma, Seeds & Pesticides.
Qualification:
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
  • B.Sc (Medical/Non-Medical)
  • B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc
