Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring Area Business Managers across Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in cattle feed, distribution networks, and team management.
The ideal candidate should be able to build and expand distribution channels, drive sales, and ensure the market growth of Cattle Feed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop potential markets for cattle feed and strengthen distribution networks in assigned regions.
- Track sales and purchase channels, monitor competitor activities, and boost brand visibility.
- Appointment and development of distributors and dealers.
- Manage, train, and hire sales teams across different locations.
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Expand and maintain customer base while ensuring service excellence.
- Drive new business opportunities through multiple market channels.
- Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Handle major customer accounts directly, if required.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
- Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and financial targets.
- Plan and execute brand promotional campaigns to maximize visibility.
