DRO Milling Operator

We are seeking a skilled DRO Milling Machine Operator to operate and maintain milling machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with manual milling operations, the ability to read technical drawings, and a strong focus on precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate DRO milling machines to machine parts as per technical drawings.
Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures on the machine.
Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments (e.g., vernier, micrometer, height gauge).
Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Report any machine issues or deviations to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Experience operating manual milling machines with DRO systems.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Basic knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:
