About the Baby Care role

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Baby Care / Babysitter for a high-profile family located in Greater Kailash, New Delhi. The candidate will stay with the family and provide full-time childcare support. Occasionally (2–3 times a year), the candidate may be required to travel internationally with the family for 5–10 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-time childcare support (24×7 stay-in position).
• Manage daily routines such as feeding, bathing, nap schedules, hygiene, and safety.
• Engage the child in age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized child’s room and belongings.
• Coordinate with parents on daily updates and requirements.
• Travel internationally with the family when needed (short trips).

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a valid Indian passport.
• Experience in baby care/nanny/babysitting roles preferred.
• Candidates from Nepal or Darjeeling (West Bengal) highly preferred.
• Should be trustworthy, patient, and child-friendly.
• Ability to work full-time and stay with the family 24×7.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 24×7
• Accommodation & meals provided by the family.

Salary

• Up to ₹40,000/month (based on experience & skills)
