About the Role
Akolta Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Cattle Feed division and is hiring Business Officers to strengthen our regional market presence. You’ll be responsible for developing distribution networks, driving sales, expanding the customer base, and enhancing brand visibility across assigned states.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer research and gather market insights.
Develop and expand potential markets for Cattle Feed products.
Build and manage distributor and retailer networks.
Track purchase and sales performance of channel partners.
Conduct awareness campaigns and competitor analysis.
Drive brand recognition and market value of products.
Appoint and develop new distributors and channels.
Achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
Maintain long-term customer relationships.
Explore new business opportunities through multiple market routes.
Design and implement innovative regional sales strategies.
Handle key accounts when required.
Candidate Requirements
Education: MBA (Sales/Marketing), B.Sc. (Agriculture), or any graduate.
Experience: 0–5 years in cattle feed, veterinary, pesticides, seeds, agrochemicals, fertilisers, or nutrition industries.
Skills: Distribution management, sales growth, customer engagement, and business development.
Age Limit: 22–30 years.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel across assigned territories.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month
Variable Pay: ₹12,500/month
Travel Allowance: ₹3.25/km
Growth: Excellent opportunities for career advancement.
Reporting To: Area Business Manager
