About the Role

Akolta Solutions Private Limited is hiring a skilled CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. Candidates experienced in FANUC software and CNC programming are highly preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role for individuals with strong operational and machine-handling expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage CNC machines efficiently.
• Work with FANUC controls/software and ensure accurate machine settings.
• Perform CNC programming and operate machines (preferred).
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine checks, and support production activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th pass or above.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as CNC Operator.
• Strong knowledge of FANUC machines required.
• Candidates with experience as CNC Programmer cum Operator will be given priority.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• On-site role in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Salary

Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skill level)
