About the Role

Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer queries related to products. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong English proficiency are welcome.

  • Apply convincing skills to provide the best solutions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Undergraduates are considerable.
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates accepted.
  • Versant level 5 or 6 communication skills required.
  • Basic technical knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Must be excellent in spoken & written English.

Job Details
  • Salary:
    • Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC/month
    • Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/month
  • Shifts:
    • Female: General shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
    • Male: 24×7 rotational shifts
