Shift: Australia Shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM) | 5 Days/Week
Salary (CTC): Up to ₹9 LPA + Incentives + Conveyance Reimbursement
About the Role
Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring International Sales Associates (Individual Contributors) to join our fast-growing global sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and international sales experience, especially in outbound calling for the Australia market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound international sales calls (Australia market focused).
- Apply scripted and relationship-based selling techniques.
- Address customer queries, objections, and offer cross-selling/upselling solutions.
- Maintain CRM records with 100% data accuracy.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to floor culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of international outbound sales experience (AU/UK/US preferred).
- Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Experience with dialers preferred.
- Sales-driven with excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Interest in wine products will be an added advantage.
- Must reside within 25 km radius of Faridabad office.
