About the Role

Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring Sales Executives for its Video Promoter process. The role requires engaging with customers virtually, understanding their needs, and driving sales of products such as laptops, mobile phones, refrigerators, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong selling skills and a passion for technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients virtually to understand needs and promote products.
• Convert potential leads into successful sales through persuasive selling skills.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Apply upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
• Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales and convincing ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Attractive personality and good presentation skills.

Job Details

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month.
• Shift Timings:
  • Boys: up to 12:00 PM
  • Girls: up to 7:30 PM
• Work Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs.
